Tap or camera. Both work, on any phone.
Straight to the review box. No searching, no scrolling.
Each time a customer taps the chip or scans the code, your dashboard counts it, day by day. Pro keeps your whole year and picks out your records.

What the split tells you. If most people scan rather than tap, your plate may be where people can see it but not reach it. Try it within arm’s reach of the bill.

46 taps and scans so far in October. A normal month is about 77.
These numbers are made up, to show what you will see. Your dashboard shows your own plate. A tap or a scan is somebody opening your review page. Not everyone who opens it leaves a review.
Paste a review, pick the stars, and get a reply to edit and post. It is free, it needs no sign up, and nothing you paste is saved.
Thank them and mention one real thing. Two or three sentences is plenty.
Say sorry, stay calm and offer to sort it out directly. The next customer is reading how you answer.
It warns you when a reply mentions a discount, because in public that can read as paying for reviews.
English, हिंदी or मराठी. Works with or without a plate.
Most shops do not have a review problem. They have an asking problem.
The thirty seconds between handing over a card and taking back a bag is the only moment in the day when a customer is stopped, facing you, with a phone already in their hand. A plate sitting in that gap gets tapped or scanned. A card you hand them to take home does not.
Every plate ships with one. It has a line to say in English, Hindi or Marathi, and when to say it. It is a habit for the shift, not a number to hit.
Extra plates work with either plan. The door on the way out, the till while they pay, the counter while they wait.
Glossy, heavy, built for a busy counter.
Upright by the till, at eye level while they pay.
Counter, door and till. Three places to tap or scan.
A size that is not here, a colour that is not here, or twenty of them for a chain. Ask us and we will tell you straight away.
We will not promise you five times more reviews, or any other number. Nobody can promise that and be telling you the truth.
Every customer lands on your Google review page. No screen asks how the visit went first, because sending only the happy ones on is what Google calls gating.
No discount and no lucky draw. Google removes reviews that were paid for, and a review nobody was paid for is worth more.
Our card tells staff to ask everyone, with no number to hit and no name to mention. Google’s April 2026 rules forbid both.
Pick a plan and pay online. We program it to your Google page, test it, and ship it free to any address in India. The price you see is the price you pay.
No. It opens their normal browser, exactly like tapping a card machine. Nothing to install and nothing to explain.
Then they scan instead. Every plate carries a printed code beside the tap area, and a phone camera reads it in about a second. That covers every phone sold, including the ones with no NFC at all. On some Android phones NFC is simply switched off. Search for NFC in Settings and turn it on, and the tap will work.
Yes. Every customer is sent to the same Google review page, and that is the only thing a plate does. There is no screen that asks how the visit went first, nothing is offered in return, and we never promise a number of reviews. Google's rules are about how you ask, so every plate comes with a small card that shows your staff how to ask everyone in the same words.
A small card in every box. It has one line to say at the counter in English, Hindi or Marathi, and the moments to say it, such as when a customer pays. It treats asking as a habit, not a target, because Google now forbids giving staff a quota. You can print more from tap2review.in/ask.
Yes, and it is free with or without a plate. The reply helper writes a first draft in English, Hindi or Marathi for any review you paste in. You edit it and post it yourself. Nothing you paste is saved.
Yes. Every plate ships free by courier to any address in India. It leaves within 1 working day of payment and usually arrives in 2 to 5 working days, with a tracking number.
At checkout you paste your shop's Google Maps link, and we program the plate with it before it ships. It arrives ready to use. No link handy? Send it on WhatsApp later, or set it yourself in two minutes when the plate arrives.
Yes, and it is free. If you do not have one, message us and we will walk you through making one. That is part of the price, not an extra.
As often as you like, free, same day. You get a key and do it yourself in about a minute. Other sellers charge around ₹49 a time; we do not charge at all.
The epoxy plate is built for one. If a chip stops working in normal use, we replace it with the same code, so nothing you have set up has to change: for 1 year on Free, for lifetime on Pro. If a plate gets snapped, cracked or run over, on Free it is replaced at cost, and on Pro it is replaced free, once a year.
Not on Free. You pay once for the plate and it keeps working. Pro is ₹99 a month or ₹990 a year, and its plate or stand is free. You pay the first 3 months (₹297) or the first year at checkout, for what Pro adds today: your logo on the plate, a monthly report, 90 days of history, your year month by month with its records, a login for your manager, a lifetime warranty, replaced free, once a year if it is snapped or run over, and first place in the queue. Bad review alerts are coming to Pro at no extra charge, but they are not ready yet. Pro then renews by UPI Autopay or card, which you approve once, and nothing more is charged until your paid time is over. Those 3 months are Pro's minimum, because the plate is free. After them, stop whenever you like. If you stop paying, your plate becomes Free. It keeps working, and changing where it points stays free.
Nothing monthly. You still pay once for the stand, and after that there is no fee, ever. The name is about what comes after the plate, not the plate itself.
