Shipping & delivery

Every plate goes by courier, free, to any address in India. It arrives already programmed to your Google page, so there is nothing to set up.

How fast

Once your payment clears, the plate is made, programmed and handed to the courier within 1 working day. Most addresses receive it in 2 to 5 working days. Remote pincodes can take a day or two longer, and the courier's tracking page always has the latest.

The tracking number is emailed to you the day it ships, if you gave an email at checkout, and it is on your order page either way.

Programmed before it leaves

At checkout you can paste your shop's Google Maps link. The plate is pointed at your Google review page with it before it is packed, so it works the moment it comes out of the box. If you skipped that step, send the link on WhatsApp and it is done before dispatch.

If a plate reaches you without a link on it, tap it with your own phone and follow the steps. It takes about two minutes, and you can message us while you do it.

Before anything ships

Every plate is tapped with a real phone before it is packed, and the link on it is opened to check it lands on the right business. This is the slowest part of the whole process and it is the part that is not going to be rushed, because a wrongly programmed plate means a wasted parcel.

If it does not arrive

Message us. A parcel that has not moved for three working days is chased from this end, and one that is genuinely lost or arrives damaged is remade and resent free. You are not asked to deal with the courier yourself.
